Hi @904798869, can you try it with pip3 install instead and make sure that you downloaded the correct URL of the wheel? Also, if you are using conda/forge/virtualenv, please try outside of those. And if you continue having issues, you can also use the l4t-pytorch container which come with PyTorch/torchvision/torchaudio pre-installed.
