Im using a Dell T7600 which has Quadro 4000. I installed the latest 319 driver. I have a LG 32inch full hd screen. Im getting max resolution of 1024x768 or something like that.
If I use the nouveau driver, I get 1920x1020 resolution on my screen. I would be happy to help if you need some specific thing to be tried/installed/configured.
