Query regarding nvmlDeviceGetPowerUsage

NVML[nvmlDeviceGetPowerUsage ] is not giving the results for the GPU power consumption status for [say RTX 3080], Whereas “nvidia-smi -q -d POWER” does.
OS : Windows 11
Driver versions tried : 555.85 & 560.94.

Can anyone please help/guide me with the correct path.
