Hello,
I am struggling with some random crash with all version of drivers and ubuntu. I have a Geforce GTX 560 Ti on an ubuntu 64 (12.x and now 13.x and kernel 3.8.0).
Xorg randomly crash, most of the time after several hours of idle (during the night, after 4 to 12 hours of idle) and rarely while I am using the computer.
What happen ? Many small pinky square appear on the screen, mouse pointer can be moved but no response on action, keyboard does not respond, my only way is hard reboot. But in some very few cases I can still switch to console and reboot.
Recently got this problem while working and I could take a photo of the screen and check logs :
See details bellow.
Any idea how to solve that ? Would it be a hardware problem ? I have been using nv and nouveau drivers for many weeks without any issues but now I need opencl for darktable image processing.
thanks !
