Hi, looking for input on the future of genertiave AI applied to texturing upon a basic poly built city, specificly the pre war city of Plymouth. So far I am in 3 years researching and building this city in Blender. I hope that ai will accerlate and significantly improve the realism. I suspect that we will be able to rebuild a lot of geospcaial lost historic places, any thougsht? You can see it, rebuildplymouth2026 on facebook to see progress.
Yes I am sure with the help of the new Nvidia COSMOS AI, that will be made much much easier. But it will not texture the model for you. It will just generate AI renderings from your untextured model.
Yes! thats what I am hoping the model is just a data reference. This way every single room in every building can be an actual room with its own chacater, there is no way that would be feasable to model the assets for 2000 shops and homes. Let alone the ability to have multiple stylized versions of the same city!! amazing times
