I also confirm working OpenSUSE 13.1 x64 - with kernel 3.13-rc7 and Nvidia 319.82 to work. Just installed so need to test a bit more…

NVIDIA has released the new 331.38 driver: check if the problem is fixed :)

331.38 fixed the problem for me. Opensuse 11.4 (Evergreen)/ 32 Bit / Geforce 660Ti

Looks good so far with 331.38, I have to test over the next few days, though.
