Request for Additional Lab Time

Hello NVIDIA DLI Support Team,

I am currently enrolled in the course “The Art of Compressing LLMs: Pruning, Distillation, and Quantization Demystified.”
Unfortunately, while I was working on one of the labs, I accidentally left the lab session open, which resulted in consuming all of the allocated lab time.

Now, when I click Start, I receive the following message:
“We encountered an error. Please try again.”

I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and wanted to kindly ask if it would be possible to add a few extra lab hours so I can complete the remaining exercises.

I have granted you eight more hours. In the future, you can avoid burning the usage limit by pressing the “Stop” button when you’ve finished with a module. If you need to save your progress, you can download the necessary files from the lab.
