I am writing to formally request an increase to the rate limit of my NIM API key.

Use case & reason: I am developing a personal agentic AI project with desktop GUI automation capabilities. The workflow includes multi-turn LLM reasoning, tool calling and iterative self-correction, which typically consumes 20–50 API calls per complete task execution.
The current 40 RPM cap frequently triggers 429 Too Many Requests errors during development and debugging, which breaks task continuity and greatly reduces my testing efficiency.
This application is solely for personal non-commercial development and prototype verification, not for production environment.
