Request to enable "Public API Endpoints" for my account

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am writing to request that the “Public API Endpoints” permission be enabled for my NVIDIA Developer account.

Issue description:

When I try to call the /v1/chat/completions endpoint with the model moonshotai/kimi-k2.6 (or any other NIM model), I receive a 404 Not Found error with the following detail:

Function ‘23d4f03a-b8a6-4adb-a183-7daa083a09cc’: Not found for account ‘BRb_B82xFHa7YbUOAWYBy8lFCH6C8SkFC99PWBcUuqc’

My account ID (from the error): BRb_B82xFHa7YbUOAWYBy8lFCH6C8SkFC99PWBcUuqc

My API Key prefix: nvapi-0V8Y… (the full key is redacted for security)

Purpose: I am using the API for personal learning and development projects. I understand that this permission is not enabled by default for free/personal accounts, and I kindly ask you to activate it so I can proceed with my testing.
