Request to enable Public API Endpoints for personal organization

Hello NVIDIA Team,

I’m a developer trying to use the NVIDIA NIM API for testing, but all my API requests keep returning “404 page not found” errors.

Problem Details:

  • Base URL being used: https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1
  • API Key ID: 7b6c1a6b-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx (key is ACTIVE, generated today)
  • Key Name1：NVIDIABuild-Autogen-82
  • Key Name2：duzhanpengnvidiaapi
  • Model ID tested: deepseek-ai/deepseek-v3.2
  • Error: 404 page not found on all model requests

Troubleshooting Done:
When I go to generate a new API Key, the creation window only shows options for Key Name and Expiration. There is no checkbox or section for “Services Included” or “Public API Endpoints”, which I understand should be there for API access to be properly authorized.
