Restributing OpenCL.lib from GPU Computing SDK

Hi,

I’m working on an application that itself provides a developer API. We’d like to easily allow your customers to develop modules that use OpenCL against our API. As such, it would be convenient if we were able to ship OpenCL.lib from the GPU Comuting SDK with our application. I’ve looked at the license file and it says

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, NVIDIA hereby grants to Developer a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to possess and to use the Materials. Developer may install and use multiple copies of the Materials on a shared computer or concurrently on different computers […]

On the other hand it also says

Developer acknowledges that certain of the Materials provided in Object Code version may contain third party components that may be subject to restrictions, and expressly agrees not to attempt to modify or distribute such Materials without first receiving consent from NVIDIA.

It would be great to get some official feedback from NVIDIA whether it’s OK to ship an application with OpenCL.lib.
