Installing cuda from https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads using the rpm (local) for RHEL ppc64le results in cuda-* packages at version 8.0.54 and the cuda-drivers at version 361.107.
Looking in the repository http://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/repos/rhel7/ppc64le/ or http://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/repos/rhel7/x86_64/ shows the latest being 8.0.44 and 367.48.
I’m wondering if the network repository can be updated and stay consistent in versions with respect to rpm (local) available?
Is it possible to get a RHEL 7 rpm (network) possible https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads for ppc64le since the netork repository exits there?
edit: seems to be also the case with opensuse132, ubuntu-16.04 and probably others
