RTX 4090 Ubuntu 20.04 Nvidia-driver-535 Not working

Hello. I’m having some issues installing Nvidia-driver
Some outputs are shown below.

$ nvidia-smi
NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.

$ dpkg -l |grep nvidia

$ dkms status
nvidia, 535.171.04, 5.15.0-105-generic, x86_64: installed

Secure boot is enabled. Please either disable secure boot in bios or install the signed driver modules.
