NVIDIA_SMI failed because it couldn´t communicate with the NVIDIA Driver

Hi ! I have nvidia rtx 3090TI and I am using Ubuntu 22.04. I have installed nvidia-driver-515.

It give message:
“NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn’t communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.”
I am hopping to get help me fix this problem. I have also attach nvidia bug report log file below[

Nouveau is enabled. How did you install the nvidia driver?

with the software and updates

Please create /etc/modprobe.d/nouveau-blacklist.conf

blacklist nouveau

then run
sudo update-initramfs -u
and reboot.
Afterwards, please create a new bug-report.log
