RTX 50xx support timeline question

• Hardware Platform: GPU
• DeepStream Version: 7.1
• TensorRT Version: 10.11.0.33
• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version: 570.172.08
• Issue Type: Question

Hi,

I’ve been following the other threads about Blackwell support and saw the JetPack roadmap that showed 7.0 coming in August. Since we’re in September now, just wondering if there’s any update on the timeline?

We recently got some RTX 5090s for our production setup and then discovered the SM compatibility issue with DeepStream 7.1.

I did see the Triton Server workaround that Levi_Pereira posted. Just trying to figure out if we should go ahead with that approach or if it might be worth waiting a bit for the official release.

Our deployment needs to happen in about 1-2 weeks, so if the new DeepStream is still a ways off, we’ll start working on the Triton integration. But if it’s coming relatively soon, we’d probably prefer to wait for native support.

Any rough idea on timing would be helpful for planning, totally understand if you can’t give exact dates.

You can wait for the release

Same to me. Just got a 5070Ti for deployment, then I saw the unsupported error when run any DeepStream application. I tried Levi’s solution but somehow the app load so long (1-2 minutes), and sometimes freeze.
