[RTX A2000 Mobile] /ubuntu 22.04.4 driver issue

I have a HP HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC with a NVIDIA Corporation GA107GLM [RTX A2000 Mobile] / Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics (TGL GT1) graphics and 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz × 16 processor;

I am using ubuntu 22.04.4 dualbooted with windows.
I have always had issues with the drivers for the graphics card but recently I changed it from noveau to a proprietary one and my computer has a lot of issues: mouse pad doesn’t work nor does the wifi or bluetooth;

I went into recovery mode and tried all the available drivers available in the additional drivers tab in the software and updates app and the problem remains, also when i type nvidia-smi i get the warning output saying that it can’t communicate with the gpu;

Moreover, I am almost sure this is the problem since when i go into recvovery mode and then continue booting no gpu driver is booted and the issues are fixed.

I have also noticed that the most recent driver available for my graphics is not available in the additional drivers tab.

I am desperate to fix this problem, please help me.
