Hi,

I cannot reproduce this issue on my device. With a 60fps HDMI monitor + DSI panel, I only see my vsync app refresh with 60 fps.

Are you using Jetpack3.1? Could you also try cuda sample provided in jetpack3.1? There should be a sample named “SimpleGL”.
