Sending Data from Jetson Nnao to Arduino

Hello, I’m trying to connect NVIDIA Jetson Nano through serial communication with Arduino Uno via USB, so when my camera, connected to the jetson nano, detect an object the LED start to flash, but it’s not working. I think my arduino doesn’t receive any data from the jetson. If someone can help me with suggestions, or the answer that would be great. Here is my code for arduino and for jetson nano:

I don’t know anything about the particular Arduino board, but do you have file “/dev/ttyUSB0”? Possibly the serial UART already has a driver for this, in which case the file will be present, but otherwise you might need to add the driver.

Quick Question! Where can the serial module used in this python script be downloaded from? I downloaded pyserial from github but ser = pyserial.Serial(…) doesn’t work for me. It recognizes pyserial but does not recognize Serial. Thanks!
