Set A Power Limit on RTX 5000 ADA - Embedded

I use embedded version of some GPUs
recently upgraded
from A4500 Ampere using “nvidia-smi -pl 80” to set a 80W limit

to RTX 5000 ADA that works OK,
but the nvidia-smi -pl option does not work (error message - not supported)

the RTX5000 ADA provider say that embedded GPUs dost not support the -pl option, is that true?
if so, how to set a power limit in embedded GPU?
