On April 8, 2011 the Department of Applied Mathematics from the University of Delft will organize again a one-day CUDA course for beginners. This will be the 14th time we’ll give this course so we do have some experience with the subject and we thought this course might be interesting also for (Dutch or European) readers on this forum.
You’ll learn the basics of how to use the GPU and CUDA to tackle simple mathematical problems in a labroom equipped with about 15 Linux computers all with a (simple) Nvidia GPU aboard and one system with a Tesla C1060. Some basic knowledge of C and/or Linux is recommended, although some people were able to manage quite well without this :-)
Admission will be 200,- , including lunch and course material.
