Small form factor 4k 60fps camera module

I’m looking for a 4k 60fps camera for Jetson, a smaller form factor is needed for the project, ideally around 4~8mm height like this 16MP Sony IMX298 AutoFocus Camera module

Have been looking for a while but haven’t found one, any vendor/partner here offer such product?
