How many tc rules can you install on an SN2010 using the mlxsw hardware tc offload features?

About 5600 rules with default settings.
There are two limiting factors:

Size of TCAM
-
Number of counters
To mitigate the first, use chain templates with only the keys you need:

This will result in each rule occupying less space in the TCAM
To mitigate the second, disable statistics:
