Strange output of nvidia-smi for RTX 3070

With RTX 2070 GPUs, the response after the command

nvidia-smi -q -d UTILIZATION

is reasonable:

GPU Utilization Samples
Duration : 98.47 sec
Number of Samples : 99
Max : 99 %
Min : 42 %
Avg : 93 %

With RTX 3070 GPUs, I receive strange Duration and zero Avg:

GPU Utilization Samples
Duration : 18446744073709.14 sec
Number of Samples : 99
Max : 99 %
Min : 98 %
Avg : 0 %

My driver version by nvaccelinfo:

CUDA Driver Version: 11010
NVRM version: NVIDIA UNIX x86_64 Kernel Module 455.45.01 Thu Nov 5 23:03:56 UTC 2020
Device Number: 0
Device Name: GeForce RTX 3070
Device Revision Number: 8.6

Is there any way to correct the strange oputput?

After update to Driver Version 460.32.03, I receive strange Duration and Avg values even with RTX 2070:

nvidia-smi -q -d UTILIZATION

GPU Utilization Samples
Duration: 18446744073707.54 sec
Number of Samples: 99
Max: 93 %
Min: 0 %
Avg: 0 %
