Strange results when benchmarking YoloV2 and YoloV3 models in TensorRT

Hi
I got strange results when benchmarking YoloV2 and YoloV3 models in TensorRT. Can anybody help ?

Environment

TensorRT Version: 7.0.0.11
GPU Type: T4
Nvidia Driver Version:
CUDA Version:440+
CUDNN Version:
Operating System + Version: 18.04
Python Version (if applicable):
TensorFlow Version (if applicable):
