On my Debian/unstable machine (x86_64) with the nvidia-driver 375.82-1 package, the X.Org X server suddenly crashed. The /var/log/Xorg.0.log.old contains:

This was the first time it crashed, and this doesn’t seem to be reproducible (well, I don’t even know what could trigger the crash). I’m going to attach a nvidia-bug-report.log.gz file. nvidia-bug-report.log.gz (131 KB) nvidia-bug-report-2.log.gz (81.9 KB)
