Is it possible to turn on Jetson Nano through a USB port (a HID device) after poweroff command?

No, the power on usb port is connected with the system power.

Thank you for your answer. If I can make USB VBUS stay on after poweroff command, will I be able to turn on Jetson Nano through a USB port?
