TX 1 gk20a_set_error_notifier

I realized a application on TX1,After sevel minutes’ executing it crashed with the error :
gk20a gpu.0 ：gk20a_set_error_notifier:error notifier set to 31 for ch 499
gk20a gpu.0 ：gk20a_set_error_notifier:error notifier set to 31 for ch 498
fifo_error_isr:channe reset initiated from fiffo_error_isr;intr=0x10000000

I do not know how to locate the bug and just wonder where the problem is.
