Ubuntu - Dell xps 15 9570 external display not showing image

Hello everyone, I have Dell XPS 15 9570 4k Ti with Ubuntu 18.04. and Dell S series Monitor 32 2560 X 1440. I’m using HDMI that came with the monitor but I have problem showing image on the monitor. Ubuntu detected the monitor is connected, but if the resolution of the monitor is 2560 X 1440 image is not showing on the monitor. I can still move the mouth.
if I change to 1920 x 1080 i starts working. I can’t use at resolution 1920 X 1080 because I can’t use two windows side by side and it’s very big.

Note that It works with Windows 10 at full resolution.

I have uploaded it now.

Thank you again.

There’s no external monitor visible in the logs, did you have it attached when you created the report?
