Unable to flash Xavier NX + Photon Carrier

Hello,
we’re using Xavier NX 8/16GB modules connected to Photon Carrier board from ConnectTech.
This specific device is 16GB.
Host system is Ubuntu 18.04.
Flashing with Jetpack 4.6.2

This device was working in the past. At some point it doesn’t boot anymore.

Exchanged the carrier board, but the error is still the same.
Then we tried to reflash the device. The error is: “Error: Return value 8”
