Unable to install cuda on centos 6.4 with tesla gpu c2050 o supermicro workstation

Hi all,

I am able to install nvidia and cuda drivers on centos 6.4 but after installation x session is not starting at all.
In command line sometimes it is giving nvidia-smi output and later it is hanging and not at all responding.
Can any one suggest me solution for this.

It may be a conflict with the nouveau drivers.
