Hi,
I am unable to login to My Learning | NVIDIA since morning. Is there any issue going on ? Please help

It looks like everything is working on our end. This must be an issue with your network environment. Please try running your browser incognito.

When I click on login, a new page opens with URL (Join) and the green circle keeps on rotating. Can you please check?

We are unable to replicate this on our end. Did you try a different browser?

I have tried incognito as well in edge- it doesnt goes anywhere.
In Firefox private window, it presents login id , after that I enter password, then it asks me to verify through email which I do as directed.
After completing this process, I get a message in firefox private window saying " Your account has been disabled. If you believe this was done in error, please contact us at [feedback@example.com](mailto:feedback@example.com?subject=Disabled Account)"

Looks weird to me. Please help

Your account has been re-enabled. Please keep in mind that these labs are meant exclusively for working on the provided lab material, and not unlimited exploration. If your account is disabled for the same reason again, we will not be restoring access.

Thank you for restoring access. I was trying out diffusion related training on a different dataset which in my opinion should be a valid exercise as it is related to Generative AI with Diffusion Models. In my opinion if this is the reason my account was disabled then the policy is pretty restrictive keeping in mind that it is a paid course and a costly one.
At the same time, I do respect the policy in place and I will limit my activity to only provided jupyter files with course. However, it does makes me rethink on purchasing courses in future. This is with due respect to your policies.

I would suggest stating this clearly out when course is purchased (that we can only work on provided jupyter files and not further explore the topic or do more hands-on on same subject) so that buyer can make informed decision
