Unable to run a ROS based docker container due to tegrastats on NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano

I was following the tutorial on Quickstart with Foxglove - MuSHR: The UW Open Racecar Project
I was following the step by step tutorial and build the mobile robot. I have tried running the tutorial on my laptop and it works fine.
But when I setup it up on jet-son running jet-pack 5.11. It complains about tegrastats

The error is shown as bellow.

Error response from daemon: cannot mount volume over existing file, file exists /var/lib/docker/overlay2/e171d59ef1f560a176f689d96d4fe31d78f835cd9593f141e09f2e2977d3eabd/merged/usr/bin/tegrastats

This is community contribution and we don’t have much experience about it. Would suggest check with the contributor to confirm which Jetpack version is supported.
