Unable to use nvv4l2decoder

**• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version: 525.85.05 - NVIDIA RTX A5000 **

I run the pipeline use the nvv4l2decoder

Maybe be due to not enough memory or failing driver

I check this issue for several related topics that the hardware has not supported decode. But I use the RTX A5000 which is supported by NVDEC/NVENC. please help me to check it out.
