upgrade TensorRt3.0 to TensorRt4.0 on TX2 Jetpack 3.2

Hello, I want to ask TX2 Jetpack 3.2 problems, whether can only upgrade TensorRt3.0 to TensorRt4.0 or not? It means the environment become TX2 Jetpack 3.2 tensorRt4.0.

There are dependency between GPU driver and libraries, and the GPU driver is integrated into the OS.
To avoid unknown problem, please use JetPack3.3 to reflash the device to get the cuDNN/TensorRT update.
