Upgrade the Jupyter Lab version on AI Framework container

Is there any problem to upgrade the Jupyter Lab?
As you know, the version of Jupyter lab in AI Framework containers is 2.3.1. It seems to be old … so, I would like to update it from 2.3.1 to over 3.0.
