I just upgraded from a RTX 1650 (Turing architecture) up to a RTX 3060 (Ampere architecture). However, when running nvidia-smi I see that RTX 1650 supports CUDA version 13.0, while the RTX 3060 supports CUDA 12.6.

According to the CUDA GPU Compute Capability page, the RTX 3060 supports a CUDA Compute Capability 8.6 while the RTX 1650 is only up to 7.5.
How can I enable CUDA version 13.0 on the newer RTX 3060?
