Hi,
Generally if the camera can capture through v4l2, it should work fine. There is a sample config file:

/opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream-5.0/samples/configs/deepstream-app/source1_usb_dec_infer_resnet_int8.txt

You may also consider Bayer sensors. The sample config file is

source1_csi_dec_infer_resnet_int8.txt
