My name is Uzair. we have design our own custom carrier board. after lot of troubleshoot i am able to get the Display through DP port that to be the screen will come after 1.5min and my USB are not working. The attach Image below is the refence where i am getting the voltage at input side and at output side i am getting around 5vdc when i removed the inductor and check at one end. and please share the USB Hub IC datasheet “RTS5420-GR”

Is this for AGX Orin 64GB or Orin NX 8/16GB? Could you provide UART logs from booting the board? Maybe, you will need to adapt the SW configuration to match with your hardware. Jetson Module Adaptation and Bring-Up — NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide
For USB Hub datasheet recommend to get it from the device vendor or component distributors.

and compare it against your design for any differences.
