[USB3.0] Our customer board usb3.0 doesn't work

Hi Nvidia:
We have one usb3.0 port on our customer board.
We use USB1 as our USB3.0 port.
(USB_SS1_TX, USB_SS1_RX)
(G42/G43 D42/D43)

But it can’t work now.
It can recognize usb2.0 device only.
Our usb hub is usb3.0 hub.
But it always be recognized as usb2.0.

Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0451:8242 Texas Instruments, Inc.
lsusb -t
/: Bus 02.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=xhci-tegra/3p, 5000M
/: Bus 01.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=xhci-tegra/4p, 480M
    |__ Port 2: Dev 2, If 0, Class=Hub, Driver=hub/4p, 480M
        |__ Port 1: Dev 3, If 0, Class=Communications, Driver=cdc_acm, 12M
        |__ Port 1: Dev 3, If 1, Class=CDC Data, Driver=cdc_acm, 12M

Can you tell us how to modify device tree?
We hope our usb3.0 hub can display on bus 002. (USB 3.0)
