Using Nsight Systems on a system without GPUs

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to use Nsight Systems on a CPU-onlu system. I would like to be able to use NVTX tags and get all the CPU profiling that Nsigh Systems provides. I noticed that libnvTools comes with CUDA, so does this mean for using Nsight Systems I necessarily need to have CUDA (and a GPU) installed?

You do not need to have CUDA installed to use Nsight Systems, and it should work without a GPU.
