I was just running a simple test on Nsight and unable to use the profiling tools. What can I do to profile the GPU and CPU status using Nsight?

You seem to be using nvprof, which is a legacy tool that doesn’t support newer GPU architectures, such as Ampere, for profiling anymore. You should use Nsight Systems and Nsight Compute for system-level and CUDA kernel-level profiling instead, respectively.
