Utility tool in Jetpack 4.2

Recently, I installed the Jetpack 4.2 for TX2.

Dose jetson_clocks.sh, tegrastats utility didn’t release yet ?
Previous version will not work in Jetpack 4.2.

Yes in previous version they were in home folder of nvidia user.

With current version as there is no default user, these utility scripts were missing.

Looks like these utilities live in /usr/bin for JetPack 4.2
