Vision Programming Interface new feature for [laplace pyramid]

Hi,

The latest VPI version is 0.37,headed with a 0. It 's truely hepeful for vision works on jetson-like platform.
And a common feature in Vision region is [Laplace pyramid],based on the gaussian pyramid,which is computional-cost feature,although implemented with cpu either cuda,is there a plan to add this feature in future version?
