VM GPU Requirements for CUDA Trainining

My company is purchasing and enrolling me in the Accelerated Computing courses listed below and I am trying to understand the hardware requirements for successfully completing the courses. I already know my local workstation does not have a GPU capable of supporting the CUDA toolkit, so I expect to have a VM spun up to use for training purposes. My infrastructure team would like to know what class GPU is required.

Getting Started with Accelerated Computing in CUDA C/C++
Accelerating CUDA C++ Applications with Concurrent Streams
GPU Acceleration with the C++ Standard Library
Optimizing CUDA Machine Learning Codes With Nsight Profiling Tools

Please advise.
