Wake-on-LAN (WOL) Failure on Custom Jetson Xavier NX Board After FPGA Modification

Hello ,
I am encountering an issue with Wake-on-LAN (WOL) functionality on a custom Jetson Xavier NX board. Previously, the board was able to wake from suspend mode using WOL without any problems. However, after some modifications, the WOL feature no longer works as expected.
The primary change made to the board was the addition of an FPGA connected via pin headers. We are unsure what specific changes might have caused the WOL functionality to fail.

Is this a custom board or NV devkit? Which Jetpack release is that?

R35 (release), REVISION: 4.1, GCID: 33958178, BOARD: t186ref, EABI: aarch64, DATE: Tue Aug 1 19:57:35 UTC 2023

The first suspend and wake-up prints the following, but the network does not work properly. After running ifconfig ethbus down; ifconfig ethbus up, the network functions normally.

The second suspend reports a warning with the following information and then cannot be woken up again.
