WebRTC stays gray on Isaac Sim 2023.1.0-hotfix.1

Dear NVIDIA team,

I have been using and learning Isaac Sim 2022.2.1 over the last weeks via WebRTC.
Now I want to switch to Isaac Sim 2023.1.0-hotfix.1 and the installation and also the native mode works fine.
But when I try to use the headless WebRTC mode the browser window stays gray after pressing the ‘play’ button.
The console output does say ‘app ready’ and also ‘Isaac Sim Headless WebRTC App is loaded’ but that’s it. It doesn’t matter if I use the terminal to start the isaac-sim.headless.webrtc.sh or if I start Isaac Sim via the launcher and select the headless WebRTC mode there.

It would be great if someone could help me to make this work.

Hi. It could be caused by your driver version. Can you reinstall the 525.85 or the latest 525,x drivers?

Hi, thank you for your answer.

So you think that my current drivers (530.30.02, CUDA: 12.1) are the problem and I should downgrade to make the WebRTC stream work or that my drivers are somehow broken and I should try to reinstall them?

Yes. We recommend the 525 drivers. Installing a 525 driver using the .run installer will automatically downgrade it.

Take a look at this page if you have already installed drivers using apt-get install. We recommend removing the PPA drivers before installing the .run drivers.

Thank’s for the clarification, unfortunately I’m not able to change the drivers at the moment since the machine I’m using is shared.
But if I’ll get the chance to downgrade I’ll let you know if it works.
