The current Tesla cards are pretty much a GTX 285, but with more device memory, slightly different clock rates, no video connector, and better testing.
The GTX 295 is two separate CUDA devices sharing a PCI-Express switch. Each device is like a GTX 275 underclocked to ~1.2 GHz.
