Where can I download older cuda driver, such as cuda_5.5.11_linux_64.run

I need to run a software under this driver condition, but cuda official website only offer 7 and 6.
I could not find it on the website, anyone has a backup of cuda_5.5.11?

cuda 5.5.11 was cuda 5.5RC (beta, pre-release)

The release candidates are not archived on the toolkit archive, but you should be able to do whatever you need to do with the CUDA 5.5 that is available there.
