Which license does it use, and where can we download it to take a look through it?
Also, what hardware/software is required to build and try it out?
No worries. Will be interested in taking a look over it when its public, unless it strictly requires a specific hardware platform to run on (possible). Hoping it’s possible to run virtualised or something, for just general tire kicking.

We will be demonstrating Quagga running on our Ethernet switch at Interop. To try it, you will need the Mellanox Ethernet switch hardware. It will be more widely available later this year.
