Where do you get CUBLAS and CUFFT?

Where do you get CUBLAS and CUFFT 1.1? Is it included in the SDK or Toolkit? For some reason I was thinking I had to sign up for something to get version 1.0 of CUBLAS. I may be wrong tough.

Once I get these, or realize that I have these, what are some good examples to look at in using them.

CUBLAS and CUFFT are included in the toolkit. There is no need to sign up, you can download it from CUDA Zone (http://www.nvidia.com/cuda)
